Rejected petition Zero Tolerance For Rioters and Looters

Police should be given permission to have a zero tolerance policy for rioters and looters. This should include the use of rubber bullets, tear gas and water cannons. If complete disregard for law and order is allowed to persist and the belief that they can evade justice the anarchy will merely spread. By serving up some real justice you will see them scarper back under the rock they came from.
