David Cameron "I the undersigned am granting the Metropolitan Police emergency powers to take back control of our streets using whatever means neccessary.
This includes the use of but not limiting to, Water cannons, Rubber bullets, Tear gas, Dogs, Snatch squads and Tazers.
These means must only be used after 3 clear and consise warnings to clear the streets have been given . These warning should be at twenty minute intervals over the period of one hour.

Any person remaining on the streets will automatically be assumed a criminal and dealt with accordingly. This will include incarceration for a minimum of six months in jail or three months in Boot camp.If the person is found to be a minor the term will be three months at Boot camp and the parent or legal guardian will be liable to a £1000 fine or three months imprisonment.
