Review school leaving ages - children should be required to stay in education until 18 and they reach a certain level of qualification or opt to take National Service to learn skills and discipline.
National Service introduced to anyone leaving school at 18 without a certain number of GSCEs and for anyone out of work for more than 6 months should complete National Service.
This will reduce unemployment and improve our work force.
