I think a change in the Law is needed to make the ABTA/ ATOL travel companies pay for your holiday to the foreign hotels before you depart. As we are made to pay at least 8 weeks before we depart. As when another travel company goes into administration leaving thousands stranded abroad being forced to pay for the hotel accomodation for a second time, or be evicted from the hotel.
