Closed Stop All Benefits For All Drug Users

All persons claiming benefits should be drug tested when they make their first claim and at least once per year. Claimants found to be using cannabis, cocaine, heroine and all other illegal drugs should receive 1 warning. They should be retested 90 days later and if found to be still using drugs their benefits should stop completely.
Patients prescribed medical cannabis etc. should be excluded from this.
Tax payer funded benefit payments should not be used for recreational drug taking or for supplying drugs to drug addicts.
