I would like the government to bring in legislation that would put a burden of responsibility onto internet and email hosting providers to verify and record the identity of anyone applying for an email address or internet site.
This is intended to prevent the widespread fraudulent and predatory behaviour displayed by individuals under the current anonymous system.
