Rejected petition Ban the wearing of the Muslim face veil "Niqab" in the UK

The wearing of the face veil is growing, now my 11 year old sister has been told by her madrassah that she must wear it from September or face being expelled! Following on from the ban against the veil put in place by various European Governments, I think it is time for the UK Government to also ban this symbol of separation and oppression. It serves no religious purpose and creates more mistrust, intolerance and ignorance.
