Closed replace the human rights act with a bill of rights and responsibilities

Scrap the human rights act.
Introduce a British bill of rights and responsibilities to include where there is a clash of rights between the innocent or victim and the guilty or perpetrator the rights of the innocent always take precedence.
Those engaged in criminal activity lose certain specified rights - the act to include a covenant for all asylum seekers and immigrants detailing what benefits are available and when and what criminal acts will lead to automatic deportation
