Make 'Jerusalem' the National Anthem for England.
'God Save the Queen' should be a song to unite all the countries of the United Kingdom.
However, Jerusalem would give the English something to sing at English sporting events ect. It is a also a message to the people saying that we can build a better country in this “green and pleasant land”.
