More details
People aged 16 to 20 should commit to a mandatory 2 years national service to serve the country.
This would provide and instill them with a sense of discipline and service to the country in which they live and work.
After service they would be in a position to seek employment in the mindset that they would be able to work effectively in a team environment and to a high standard.
Also they would gain training and specialism suited to a career path that would serve them through their lives.
