Any party arrested for Rioting, looting and/or crimanal damage whilst involved in a riot or civil unrest shall be fined.

Any adult over the age of 16 shall be fined if arrested for rioting, looting and/or crimanal damage. No warning or caution shall be offered but an immediate fine ranging from £50 - £1000.

Any person under the age of 16 shall be fined if arrested for rioting, looting and/or crimanal damage. No warning or caution shall be offered but an immediate fine ranging from £50 - £1000. This will be the responsability of the parents/carers to ensure this fine is payed or they can trade for their child to work community service, clearing/painting/making ammends for the damage caused in there town where damage was caused.
