The goverment should debate ASAP, in light of the recent criminal activities seen in our cities, the introduction of compulsory, National and/ or community service, for the under 25's who have or are not in either , full time employment, full time education or on a full time training course/ apprenticship.
National service within the armed forces in the uk, community service full time to a registerd charity working for the benefit of british citzens.
Both schemes to be carried out on a free basis.
