Rejected petition New Justice System

The Police cannot cope with modern society, as proven with the riots across England.
Give the Police more powers to be able to dispense instant justice on the spot, when there is no question of doubt that a criminal is guilty.
No courts, wasting taxpayers money, on the spot fine, jail sentence etc.
The current Justice System is a joke and it needs to be revised in order to properly prosecute the criminal element, protect citizens, homes, businesses.
And root out corruption in businesses, Government etc where no one is above the law anymore.
We need a new unbiased, more powerful Police on the streets.
