Petition Hoodies Should Be Banned

Following the disgraceful scenes of the riots in our cities I believe that hoodies should be banned in public places. They are clearly being used by thugs and criminals to try and hide their identity from law enforcement agencies.
I think this should be debated in Parliament as soon as possible. We need safer streets, so lets start by doing some simple things.
