Petition prison islands

As prisons are overcrowded and would not be able to cope with the present situation (stealing, looting, arson and violence) I suggest the use of remote unihabited islands off our shores to be used as prisons. We would supply building materials and livestock to make them self sufficient. We would also give them the expertise and help for their constrution of housing etc. It would not take many staff to run the operation, they would learn to respect their own endeavors.
