Rejected petition Enforce Parental Resonsibilty

The last few days has shown that a large number of Parents in this country are not nurturing, training,disciplining and controlling their children. These families are being paid by our society for carrying out their parental duties. Child Benefit, Child Tax Credits, Housing Benefit etc. is paid to their Parents. Where it can be seen that the parental guidance,control and support are NOT being given remove these benefits.
Firm up the rules for these benefits by making it a Parenting Contract with the state.
