Rejected petition get beggers and charities off the streets hassling people for money

to stop beggers asking decent people for money it lowers the townwhere you live and get the police to keep moving beggars on. also stop the charities asking people for money too in the streets. they pester people too and I ignore them when the approach me if i want to give i will give charities have to realise people are losing their jobs and of course any money they get have to look after themselves not others. charities please stop this
