We propose that anyone convicted of any offence during the riots should, as a minimum, be be tagged and have a curfew imposed.

This makes it less likely that they will commit further crimes and keeps them off the streets at night.

The people who committed these crimes need to understand that there are consequences for what they have done and limiting their freedom will remind them of this on a daily basis.

We ask the govenment to make an example of this group by using curfews and electronic tagging as a minimum when sentencing those involved.
