Rejected petition Rioters & Looters to be given Corporal Punishment

Anyone found guilty of rioting, looting or civil unrest should NOT be fined (they can't/don't) pay! They should NOT be sent to jail (badge of honour!).
Instead, they should receive corporal punishment - caning or similar & it should be administered in public in the area where they committed the crime, so all can see justice being done.
