a) Attract internal and inward investment in manufacturing industry, farming & forestry.
b) identify, protect & nurture industries of strategic / defensive importance,
c) Leading edge technologies as well as traditional industries.
d) Component manufacturers who produce high quality components competitively priced.
e) Provide suitable manufacturing jobs for the millions of young with low educational attainment & employment prospects.
f) Incentivise courses in science, engineering, technology, farming & horticulture..

2. Fully integrate the infrastructure (ports. road, rail, power, telecommunications, to support us as a trading nation while protecting our environment.

3. Support our exporters with permanent global support & facilities to help them gain easier, cheaper and continuous access to foreign markets.

4. Encourage replacement of imported goods by competitive British made products.
