Rejected petition Make Prison a Punishment and not a holiday

To make sure that prison means punishment and hard labour to prevent repeat offenders.
Include the Removal of rights, perks, benefits and all pleasures.
A prison sentence should be a harsh incentive to not want to return. To reform and be a better citizen, not a short break holiday camp. Most tax paying pensioners are allowed to live in worse conditions than a prisoner - how can this be right?
