Young hooligans (particularly the recent rioters) have no shame and no loyalty to their country. It's time they learnt of humility and earn a free history lesson of what happened to medieval perpetrators. By staying in stocks for an hour or two, send a clear message that they will NOT be tolerated in breaking up society.
