Stop all social benefits for convicted rioters & looters.
Make new laws specially for convicted rioters and looters.Because most of these people who are involved in riots are on benefits and have been all their lives.
They will not pay for the damage they have caused,so take away their main and only income.In other words hit them wear it hurts.If they damage society,let society stop paying them.
