Rejected petition Mandatory conscription for convicted Rioters

In view of the number of likely convictions following the recent riots, and in an effort to reduce the strain on the already overcrowded prison system. All those convicted of any involvement in the recent riots should be conscripted into the armed forces. This will have several benefits, less strain on the prison system, empose disaplin on those involved and for them repay a debt to the society they have affected.
