Giving the option of compulsory vocational education will entice others less interested in academic education to continue to learn, whilst allowing those who wish to pursue A levels to still be able to do so.

Unruly behavior should be limited as youths would be kept busy, and given a chance to make a life for themselves, rather than receiving benefits and passing that on to their offspring.
