Rejected petition Introducton of Chain Gangs to rebuild Britain.

I want the Government to introduce US style Chain Gangs, Criminals will have to take part in repaying their debt to communities & rebuild Britain, in order to get any reduction in their sentence.

This would mean clean streets& Park's buildings maintained,for very little cost!!! The community will also see that justice is being served & that some good is coming out of prison sentences.
