Under 16's who are given an ASBO or charged with any offence to be given a curfew which must be enforced by their parents. Failure to adhere to the curfew should result in fines for the parents.

The Police should have the ability to enforce this curfew if necessary, for example if residents have made several complaints about gangs of under 16's gathering and causing a nuisance the Police should be able to set a temporary curfew in place to relieve the problem.
