Closed Dealing with Rioters and Anti Social Behavior

The recent dreadfull behavior of thugs has shown that traditional methods of justice are not working for this underclass that have been let down by their parents.
A new method such as below should be debated
Such as the recent rioters they should :-
1) Be removed from their existing environment immediately
2) Re housed in secure accomodation where they can be taught respect and strict discipline ie; closed down service bases
3) After this 6 month period they enrole for a training of a skill, further education and how to intergrate into society.
4) After this 4 year period they will be on probation for a further 2 years as future guidance

Prime Minister you have been shown that you have a vclear mandate fromn the public to at last GET TOUGH ON CRIME
