It is important that we maintain the health of those that contribute to the wealth of the nation over and above those that are not disabled yet chose to avoid gainful employment. I would therefore propose a two tier NHS where workers are at the front of the queue (to see their GP) rather than have to endure the current system where they have to take a day off work in the hope that they might qualify for an appointment (often at the end of a queue of non workers).
