The government should keep their cuts more respectable by disallowing prisoners such luxuries as television, gyms and swimming pools, to mention just three. Prisons should be something people fear, something which people wouldn't commit crimes so that they could avoid. While the rest of the country has to make ends meet and deal with crippling cuts, why should criminals have a comfy ride?
