Closed Make under-25s earn their benefits

People under 25 should not automatically receive benefits but should earn them through a combination of community work and / or national service.

Too many young people have never had to work or hold any responsibilities and yet expect to be supported by the state and have their rights protected. Rights without responsibilities creates a socially maladjusted underclass as evidenced by the August 2011 riots.
