Rejected petition National Service for rioting offenders

Using ex military staff and set up a base camp for all offenders out of control in this country.
Warnings and cautions are laughed at a prison sentences are simply a holiday camp.
Take offenders directly from court to new NS camp, where they are fed and clothed and given basic accomodation for the duration of there sentence. No payments or benefits will be received, as payment back to goverment for the damage created by these people.
This will create work for the qualified trained x military personnel and the cost involved would be far less for the tax payer than keeping them in prison.
