A significant portion of our nation's youth are lacking in skills, values, discipline, work ethic and respect - as highlighted by the recent riots across the UK.

Introducing compulsory National Service could be an effective way of addressing these issues, and ensure that all young people can take pride in knowing they've made a meaningful contribution to society.
