The parents/legal guardians of those too young to be legally held responsible for their actions during the recent rioting should be held responsible for these actions as they are legal guardians of these children and are ultimately responsible for their upbringing, care and supervision until they are deemed an adult. These parents should either be charged for neglect, have any child benefits they receive cancelled and MOST DEFINATELY be sent on compulsory parenting courses.
