The Government should modify legislation so that all workers can take employers to employment tribunals if they suffer injury as a result of their work regardless of how long they have worked for the employer.Ther should also be no time limit when this can be done as sometimes injury does not always become apparent straight away.

The tribunal should also have powers to investigate all employment related issues which has resulted in the employee losing their job.
