Children have too many safeguards against their identity which make them feel that they can get away with any anti social act, or (to use the word of the the week), criminatlity. They hide behind the fact that they will never be publicised for the acts they do. It is time to reverse time and let the people know who these people are. It may also make their parents take responsiblility for their offsprings actions
