Closed free public transport for poor

in accordance with the professed policy aims of three government departments { transport , environment and works and pension } , we urge the uk government to provide Free Public Transport access to the country's poor -ie welfare claimants and any household with income below recognised poverty level .
this simple and low cost measure will have the multiple effects of eliminating Transport Poverty , reducing Air Pollution and CO2 Emissions {thus helping the uk meet its 2050 carbon reduction targets} , and greatly aid the Unemployed in their difficult quest for employment .
