The Government should change the law so that those responsible for the outrageous behaviour of recent days and those who commit future crimes of disorder in the community should be forced to serve the country either on the streets cleaning and building or better still abroad, defending the realm. Let's teach some discipline and self-respect. We need to punish AND educate these criminals.
