To also ensure that additional Community Service for any convicted rioters, over and above their Court sentence so that they put back into the communities that they have taken from or damaged. A minimum of 100 hours community service, with the UK Government investing in community reparation projects.

Rioters need to understand the value of community and social responsibility. 'Community Reparation Projects' could involve cleanup, or helping businesses recover from their losses.
