Closed Benefits for Britsh born only

Seems simple to me! Social security, health care, and infact all benefits should be only for people born in the UK; Think of the savings here and the effect on immigration. Get poor of sick in somewhere for example like Bulgaria also in the EU; Better have a ticket home in case; I want to see all future claimants prove their British nationality to be eligible for any benefit;
