Rejected petition Compulsory community service for rioters.

All rioters should be given a long term compulsory community service order. It should have a minimum timeframe of a year but should be ongoing after that time until that person is in employment. If that person looses their job they should automatically be placed back into community service. During this time they should receive bare minimum in benefits. Failure to comply should result in benefits being witheld or imprisonment. All people affected should be on a 10 o'clock curfew.
