Petition A Solution To The Crime Pandemic

Categorise crimes into A and B. Note: select crimes exempt from army.
B: Sentencing by magistrates. Option to volunteer for army.
A: >21: 1 and 2 incidents to be dealt with as per current system, 3 incident to result in automatic 20yr sentence. Option for aged 21-30 for 1 and 2 to volunteer for army.
16-21: 1st incident to be punished the army.
<16: 1)Young offenders institute until age16 then army. or 2)Release on Good behaviour bond with parents responsible for conduct until age16 then army.
Army to be sentenced in 3 or 6 year stretches.
All to undergo basic at point of sentencing.
Offenders with 5+ GCSE's at C+ to be put through trade selection.
Offenders without 5+ GCSE's at grade C+ to have one year of education on barracks following basic to achieve results (not counted as part of stretch).
1)If results are achieved trade selection.
2)If not then infantry.
Unfit for service: Adult Punishment.
Desertion: 10 yrs.
Under 21's clean record on completion of army time.
