The home office returned my application for permanent residence, citing failure to include Comprehensive Sickness Cover.
I am an EEA nation from germany and between 2004 to 2010, i was working fulltime and in September 2010, i started Fulltime education in a University for 3 years duration.
They reject my NHS cover as not included as a CSI.

Can it be made more clear as to weather NHS is a Comprehensive Sickness Cover or Not.

There are cases in the tribunal because of this excuse and it is causing the Tax payers millions of pounds in legal cases
