The people of this country are facing inflated energy costs to provide subsidies for wind turbines and alternative energy projects.

Evidence suggests that wind turbines are innefficient method of generating power and few come close to producing their maximum rated output.
During a period of austerity, artificially inflated energy costs cause great hardship and subsidies for an innefficient form of power generation cannot be justified.
