That any person caught And found guiilty of rioting should be forced to do a period of natonal service instead of a prison sentence, as prisons are already over crowded and a drain on the tax payer.

National service will restore pride and respect for the country they have attacked.

Anyone found guilty at an age too young for service will serve their time at coming of age.
