Rejected petition lose human rights if you commit a crime against humanity

If anyone commits a crime against humanity in any order, they relinquish their human rights and should be dealt with accordingly. This way criminals will lose all "soft" time served convictions and just get basic incarceration with no games, tv or any other treats. Just give them books only, so they can educate themselves if they wish!
