Put all benefits into one department so that when a person applies for benefit because of their circumstances they are given what they are entitled to in one easy to apply for and receive set.

ie. this is your circumstances you are entitled to x,y &z rather than you have to apply to this department for unemployment and this for disability and this for housing and this for income support..

One stop shop for all benefits would cut out duplication and over payments and fraud and save time and money for the government and time for the claimant..
