Scrap the system whereby there is ONE GBP1million prize each month in favour of TEN GBP100,000.00p prizes each month AND ensure that in future the rules regarding prizes CANNOT be changed without a vote in favour by a majority of premium bonds holders in excess of 50% of the total of ALL premium bond holders.
