Rejected petition Bring back National Service

In light of the recent rioting troubles, clearing showing disrespect for person and property, bring in National Service.

All youths at an age to be determined, MUST give 2 years of their lives to National Service. This will instill respect and discipline and perhaps prevent generations of people who simply don't care.
