Ofgem should be forcing the power supply companies not to have such big profits and put the prices up so highly they should be capped at what level the prices can increase etc They should also fight for the customer if they have a problem instead of passing the buck and saying they do not deal with customer issues. there should be only one power supply regulator that rules in favour of the customer and not allow the people of britain to be charged extortionate amount by power companies.
